More than that, the process of design thinking has been conceptualized during the course of learning. Design thinking can be defined as the methodology used by the market and business designers to solve the problems that arre supposed to be intricate and complex in nature. In order to illustrate the self analysis process, four different theories have been taken into account. Th ese are; Cantillons theory Marshalls approach to entrepreneurshi The Social Enterprise School Schultz Approach to entrepreneurship The Design thinking Tools Used for the Entrepreneurial Innovations: Visualization: it is performed through constructive use of images. It is also known as visual thinking. These are non-verbal methods of making something done with the effective usage of proper ideas. Journey Mapping: It is an ethnographic research method. The classical theorists have already focused on economic, sociological and psychological perspectives in order to establish a succinct definition of an entrepreneur. However, standing in the twenty first century it can be regarded that the definition of entrepreneur is associated to multidimensional overview, which is quite true. In Essai sur la nature du commerce en general, Richard Cantillon has actually promulgated the economic aspect of entrepreneurship. In fact, this has to be taken into certain context that in most of the cases, the business leaders are considered to have the expertise in multidimensional aspects. Some has considered entrepreneurship as a mental act, some of the critics have considered entrepreneurs being an evolutionary act, some consider it to be an act of actors and some of the critics consider an entrepreneur as a human capital. It has also made me comprehend the ideas with the specific concept for the effective understanding of the process that was highly effective with the specific course such as planning the plot of entrepreneurial decision. Considering the design thinking this has been taken into certain consideration of the fact that has been conceptualized through divergent and convergent thought process, philosophical worldview of design thinking and action research. I was also able to reflect on the logic of reasoning. Comprehending on the basic reasoning pattern, I developed my thought process in orientation with What I would opt for designing and How the process would be performed. I conceptualized the following equation: What+ How= desired VALUE For instance, my concept and understanding of what I opt for designing amalgamates with how the process would be done would result in the successful execution of my desired value of the entrepreneurial decision. Team Designing: As a business leader, team designing is one of the most impactful, significant and intricate task because a team that is full of potency would drive and channelize the business through zeal and enthusiasm. I, therefore, plan to build a team of young workers who can learn as well as earn with the organization. Since, this organization stringently focuses on the quality service provision to the aged people; we need a team of dedicated members who diligently work for the betterment of the society as well as the organization. In this context, it can be regarded that the most impactful experience with its different understanding has to be taken into certain consideration pertaining to the care and cure of them. My plan, therefore is to post an advertisement for the career of those youngsters of my age who are looking forward to work with some certain objective. In this context, it can be regarded that this has to be taken into certain consideration that the advertisement needs to be speci fic and convincing as initially the organization would not be able to pay huge amount of salary to the employees. My team would comprise of the following attributes: The aforementioned network design focuses on the network build-up with the internal as well as the external stakeholders. My entrepreneurial decision would focus on the effective network building so that we can gain a trust thus entailing into the market reputation. In this matter of fact, this has to be taken into certain consideration pertaining to the effective understanding of the process with its different understanding of the wants and needs of the clients. To provide quality service to the greater number of the aged people we have to collect as much funds as possible. Hence, the organization would focus on the event organizations in collaboration with other profit making companies so that we can help them promote their business. in terms of creating an effective understanding of the fact that this has to be taken into certain understanding with the fact that this has to be taken into certain consideration of the fact that the network build-up policy has to be taken into certai n consideration of the fact with its different understandings. Fund Raising and Contact Build-Up: In order to raise the fund for the organizational activities, a support needs to be developed. In this case a support team would be constructed comprising of different students who would be working with the organization as support staff. Those would mostly be interns and they are going to be deployed and regarded as highly responsible persons to contribute their best ideas for the entire performance related to the organizational work (Weaver, Dickson, Liguori Cohen, 2014). I would, bid an advertisement for the recruitment of the interns who would be working for three days in a week so that a circulatory movement of staff deployment of the staff is made possible. The following diagram is going to demonstrate the aforementioned circulatory movement of the staff deployment: As per the aforementioned diagram, it is succinctly clear that the intern workers would be responsible to work on the market research and direct service provision. The research team would be guided with the intelligibility of the following aspects of their jobs: Job Title Job Description Junior Research Associates (Zero hour employees) They would be responsible for the research and situational analysis of the ageing population of the locality. Having done that, they would provide the organization and the operations team with the data where they the latter ones would be heading for practical judgment. Both the teams would be responsible for the market research analysis in theoretical and practical manner. House Staff It includes the professional nurses and junior medical practitioners. After receiving the data from the research associates, they would head to providing service and aid to the aged population. `Nurses and Doctors The nurses and the doctors would be high class practitioners and the professionals and they would be approached seasonally. Psychologists The organization would be approaching to the numbers of psychologists as they are highly effective in terms of making it a proper process for the basic requirement of the aged people. We firmly believe that they need more mental support than the medical support from our end.
